Cardiovascular Surgery

The Cardiovascular Surgery Team performs a wide range of surgical procedures for the treatment of cardiovascular problems, including:

• Coronary artery bypass grafts.
  
• Heart valve replacement and repair.
  
• Beating-heart surgery.
  
• Transmyocardial revascularization.

The hospital was selected by HCIA-Sachs as one of the top 100 open-heart surgery facilities in the nation in 1999 and one of the 100 top cardiovascular hospitals in 2000. According to the standards set by HCIA-Sachs, the St. Patrick's Cardiac Bypass and Postoperative teams consistently deliver outstanding performances resulting in high-quality outcomes for patients and excellent postoperative care.
